PathCare Social Foundation is a community-focused nonprofit dedicated to improving the well-being and self-reliance of women, youth, seniors, and vulnerable families. The Foundation works to relieve poverty and social isolation through community support services, referrals, counseling, wellness programs, and skills development initiatives that promote dignity, inclusion, and active living. 

It also supports creative empowerment by offering training

and mentorship in film production, arts exhibitions, and artist development, helping emerging talent gain practical skills, confidence, and platforms to share their voices. Through education, cultural engagement, volunteerism, and intergenerational activities, PathCare Social Foundation creates safe and inclusive spaces where individuals can learn, heal, express themselves, and build a better future together.

The Foundation operates primarily in Canada and has plans to deliver services in other regions as determined by the Board.
